Kentrell Brothers
There was no doubt that Kentrell Brothers was going to pull in nice offers, the bigger question may have been how many? Well that question will have to wait as there is still a lot of time between now and NSD 2011, but the question about which school was going to offer first has now been answered.

Kentrell Brothers, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound athlete from Guthrie High in Okla., picked up his first offer from a Big 12 North power on Tuesday night.

“(I) picked up my first offer today from Mizzou,” Brothers exclaimed!

Brothers is a versatile athlete that is also hearing from schools like Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Tulsa, Texas Tech, Alabama, Arkansas, and Iowa.

Brothers also recently attended Jr. Day at Oklahoma and had a good time. He seems to be a prospect OU is keeping a close eye on and they seem to like him at linebacker.

Brothers had an amazing junior season on both sides of the ball. On offense he pulled down 64 receptions for 1,122 yards and 12 touchdowns. On defense he racked up 94 tackles , 17 sacks, and four interceptions to earn All-State honors.

Depending on the Oklahoma weather, Brothers is scheduled to visit Missouri this weekend.
